Combined low dew point drying machine is a new type of compressed air drying device. It is composed of a refrigerated dryer, high-efficiency oil removal filter, regenerative adsorption dryer, and is integrated organically. It features a low dew point, low energy consumption, compact structure, and stable operation. Its outlet pressure dew point temperature can reach as low as -70°C.

The hot and humid air from the compressor first undergoes heat exchange with the cold air coming out of the evaporator in the pre-cooler, which cools the air and preliminarily removes moisture. Then, the air enters the evaporator and exchangesheat with the refrigerant, further lowering the temperature of the air to 2-10°C. At this temperature, most of the moisture in the air condenses into liquid and is discharged through the drain, producing relatively dry air. The dry air coming out of the evaporator goes to the pre-cooler for heat exchange with the hot and humid air coming from the compressor, and recovers the cooling capacity. At the same time, the temperature of the dry air also increases. The compressed air coming out of the refrigeration unit enters the high-efficiency oil removal device to remove oil and impurities, and then enters the adsorption unit for further deep drying, obtaining compressed air with a lower dew point temperature. The compressed air then enters the precision filter to remove any fixed particles before proceeding to the next process.
